I assume is a "Joke" since twitch is kinda random with what things they ban in this department, he probably was like no nipples shown and bought some nip covers for bras and put them on (But thats me guessing)

yeah it is, but iirc twitch doesn't ban man showing nipples anymore. I guess he just wants to play it safe considering he got banned for 3 days a few weeks ago
Mods in his chat were saying that a man's nipples are only allowed if they're in water lol.
That's a very common misconception mostly because Twitch has gone back and forth banning and unbanning male nipples a few times
